BELM. in your store or webshop.
As a wholesale customer, you use our products to generate (part of your) income. You resell our materials to individual end-users. You present your business or products professionally through a (web) store, at markets, fairs, or other events, on a website and/or social media, or in any other manner that clearly indicates you operate your business professionally.
To assess if you qualify, please provide us with your company information. If your registration aligns with your business activities, you can become a wholesale customer. Additionally, you will need to provide us with your VAT number.
As a wholesale customer, we expect you to place more and/or larger orders compared to a retail customer. We will review at least once a year if you continue to meet these expectations. If not, we may decide not to supply you with wholesale conditions any longer. Of course, we will inform you in such a case.
Wholesale prices
The recommended retail prices (RRP) on this price list correspond to the prices in our webshop. These are the prices we charge to our regular customers (excluding any discounts or promotions). However, you are free to set different prices. In most cases, you can charge higher prices due to your unique presentation and having different customers than us.
Terms
All offers, deliveries, and services provided by BELM are subject to the terms and conditions that can be found at https://belm.co/terms-and-conditions/ . Additionally, wholesale customers are subject to the following supplementary and deviating conditions:
Minimum order amount.
The minimum order amount is €2000,- including VAT. In the price list below, you can find the minimum quantity required to be ordered for each product. Each product can be ordered from a minimum quantity of 2 pieces. This is applicable per color. So, for example, if you want to purchase a BELM. babynest in the color Rosé, you need to order at least 2 pieces of that exact product (with those exact attributes).
Shipping
Shipping costs are dependent on the size, dimensions, and/or volume of the order. For special shipments, such as pallet freight and insured shipments, and for other destinations, additional costs may apply.
Delivery
We create products on demand. The production process begins only after an order has been paid. The normal delivery time for wholesale orders is 8 to 16 business days. The size of your order also plays a significant role in the delivery time. The larger the order, the longer it may take.
Ordering
You can place an order by sending a request via our email info@belm.co. We will then send you a quotation for your review to ensure everything is correct. Once approved, we will send you an invoice. Your order will be processed only after payment of the invoice. Please note that exchanges are not possible for wholesale orders. Therefore, it’s essential to carefully read the product page and, if needed, request a color chart so that you know precisely which colors to order.
