How can I reset my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can request a reset by clicking “Forgot Password” on the login page or simply through this link: https://belm.co/my-account/lost-password/. Enter your email address, and we will send you an email with instructions to follow.
How can I sign up for the BELM newsletter?
At the bottom of each page, you’ll find a subscription form. Just enter your name and email address, and that’s it!
How can I unsubscribe from the BELM newsletter?
In every newsletter, you can unsubscribe at the bottom by clicking on ‘unsubscribe’.
Can I also order using my tablet or smartphone?
Yes, BELM has an optimized mobile site, so ordering through a tablet or smartphone is possible.
How do I use a baby nest?
It’s recommended to place a muslin cloth inside the baby nest before laying a baby in or on it.

Is there any shedding or wool pilling?
Shedding or pilling of the wool is normal and occurs naturally with the use of wool products.
The wool consists of fibers of a certain length, and when shorter fibers start to move, they accumulate on the surface as pills. Completely normal! Of course, this also depends on how intensively you use this product. If pilling occurs: do not pull them off! You can simply trim these pills if you prefer, and continue to enjoy this exquisite product!
Shedding/pilling of the wool is normal and does NOT count as a product defect!
Can your BELM product be washed?
To clean your BELM product, it is strongly advised not to use a washing machine. Using a washing machine can result in the product losing its softness and ‘airy’ shape, shrinking, and changing its form.
If you have a spot or stain on your BELM product, it’s best to clean it immediately by letting cold water run over the stained area. Once the stain is gone, press out the water and let it dry on a flat surface. During the drying process, turn the product a few times.
What are the delivery costs?
We cover the entire shipping and insurance costs if your order exceeds €74.95 and needs to be delivered to the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany. The standard shipping cost is: €6.95. For all other countries, we charge €14.95 for shipping.
How can I check if my order has been successfully processed?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I remove an item from my order?
Yes, as long as you haven’t completed the order yet, it’s possible to remove items from your shopping cart.
I haven’t received an order confirmation yet.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation after an hour, please contact us at email@example.com. It’s possible that your order hasn’t been processed correctly.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer the following payment methods: Belfius Direct Net, iDeal, ING Home’Pay, KBC/CBC, PayPal, SOFORT Banking, and Bancontact.
Is it safe to pay on the website?
Yes, you will be automatically redirected to a secure page of the respective payment method. The data is transmitted with SSL encryption.
Where can I enter a discount code?
If you have received a discount code, you can use it in your shopping cart. Directly below the item overview in your shopping cart, you can enter your discount code in the input field, then click ‘apply coupon’, and the discount will be applied immediately. This can also be done on the checkout page. At the top, there’s a green notification. Click on it to apply your discount code.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the delivery times?
If you order before 23:59, your order will be shipped within 3 to 7 working days if your product is in stock.
What if a product is not in stock?
No problemo! It simply means that your product has not been finished yet. Due to a high number of orders, there might be instances when we receive more orders than we have finished products ready to ship. In such cases, your product will be shipped a few days later, usually within 2 to 3 days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track the real-time status of your order. You will receive a tracking code via email if our delivery service supports it.
Can I have my order delivered to someone else?
Absolutely! When placing your order, you can check the box ‘Ship to a different address?’ to provide an alternative delivery address.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
BELM only sells items in perfect condition. If you receive a ‘defective’ product by exception, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
It can happen… although we try our best to prevent it. If by any chance you do receive the wrong item, please send us an email to email@example.com
