Returns
When you shop at BELM.co, you, as a (private) customer, have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period starts running from the day you have received the item.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to inform BELM by filling out the return/exchange form.
Voorwaarden
Returns are not possible for products that are custom-made or made to order.
The following colors cannot be returned: Corn, Sunshine, Clementine, Brick, Scarlet, Aubergine, Lipstick, Blush, Dusty, Lilac, Violet, Grape, Blue lagoon, Veronese, Wedgwood Green, Spring, Pistache, Deep Forest, Jade, Dark Petrol, Coffee, Maroon, Chestnut, Mahogany, Coal Mix.
- Returns or exchanges are only possible within 14 days of receiving your order;
- The product must not have been washed;
- The product must be in great condition;
- If possible, please return your product in its original packaging.
Costs & Responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for returning the products and responsible for the products during the return process. You are also responsible for the costs of returning. The product should be in unused condition and well packaged, preferably in its original packaging. Submit the package at the nearest parcel drop-off point. Once we receive and assess the item, your product will either be exchanged or the paid amount will be refunded through the payment method you selected.
BELM reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value when you return a used or damaged product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods/products that have been specially ordered for you as a customer or customized. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to certain products, as indicated on the product page.

If you’ve had your order for more than 14 days, returning or exchanging is NOT possible, even if the product is unopened.
