When you shop at BELM.co, you, as a (private) customer, have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the item. If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can request a return via your order in your account by filling out the return/exchange form.

Conditions
Returns or exchanges are only possible within 14 days after receiving your order.

The product must not be washed.

The product must be in good condition.

If possible, return the product in its original packaging.

Costs & Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for returning the products and for the products during the return process. The cost of returning is also at your expense. The product must be unused and properly packaged, preferably in its original packaging. Drop the package off at the nearest parcel drop-off point.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your product will be exchanged or the paid amount will be refunded via your chosen payment method. BELM reserves the right to deduct an amount that corresponds to the depreciation if you return a used or damaged product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods/products that were specially ordered or customized for you as a customer. Additionally, for certain products, as indicated on the product page, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
