Shipping policy

If you place your order on a working day before 11:59 PM, your order will be shipped within 3 to 7 working days. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code to track your package. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver the product to your neighbors or try again the next day. If this is not possible, the package can be collected at a pickup point. You will receive a notification about this in your mailbox.

If you place an order over €74.95, you do not have to pay shipping costs. If your order is below €74.95, a shipping fee of €6.95 will be added for delivery within the Netherlands, or €9.95 if your order needs to be delivered in Germany or Belgium.
